Terms of Service — Lee's Commute Uploader

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using Lee's Commute Uploader (the “tool”), you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

1. Who may use the tool

The tool is a private, single-user tool. Only the owner of the YouTube channel 배가 may use it. There is no public sign-up and no other users.

2. What the tool does

After the owner reviews and approves a finished video in a private dashboard, the tool uploads that video to the owner's own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API (videos.insert), with title, description, tags and the altered/synthetic content disclosure. It uses channels.list (mine=true) only to confirm the connected channel.

3. Owner responsibilities

Only upload content the owner created or has the right to use (e.g. CC BY music with attribution in the description).
Follow the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
Disclose AI-generated or synthetic content as YouTube requires.

4. Authorization and revocation

The owner authorizes the tool with their Google account (OAuth 2.0). Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored token is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Uploads may fail or be delayed (for example, because of API quota or network errors).

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest version is always at this address, with the date above.
